Prior to joining Lawson Hayes Realty in   2016, He managed over $150 million in   warehouse lines of credit as Director and   President of real estate banking   organizations for mortgage securitization   that plays an important role in making   homeownership available and the mortgage loan market more accessible to homebuyers.  Known as a Subject Matter  Expert in all areas of mortgage financing and real estate acquisition Adlai’ has built a solid foundation of relationships through his Banking and Real Estate services. Adlai’ has a long successful record of assisting, guiding, and advising, clients in all aspects of their real estate selling, buying, and financing needs. His specific areas of expertise include pricing, marketing, planning, transaction management, emerging markets, affordable housing, redevelopment, and financial structuring.
